I’ve never been so terrified in my entire life. Luckily his oxygen levels were great and we didn’t need to be admitted to the hospital. I stayed up all night staring at his chest making sure he wasn’t having any retractions. I remember crying to my husband feeling like my breastmilk failed because it should’ve protected him from becoming ill. It was a traumatizing time but I’m so grateful for all the information we learned about RSV and that my babies are ok. I love that you’re talking about this because I knew very little about it before we went through it.
