It’s just beautiful. I still have to read the Q&A. We’re in the middle of our reno….but i had a question about your island. I’m sure it’s custom built and I realize that everything “depends” on size, materials etc..etc.. but did it take a long time to come together? Did they plop it on top of your flooring or take out flooring underneath to accommodate? I like the fact that you didn’t include a sink or a range on there and I was trying to do something similar.

We would have to repair the chimney to be able to use it (needs a lot of work for a lot of $$$) so it’s not operational for now!
