Hi Gessica!
I’m so happy to hear that! 🙂 We all go through so many ups and downs as Moms and sometimes those downs are just so excruciating in the moment. I feel you!
YES about the waking up early, actually at about the exact same age. Or maybe 8 months? It was killing me, and after 2 weeks of waking up at 5am we decided something had to change. I just let him fuss in the crib when he wake up that early, and after about 15-20 mins he would settle back down and fall back asleep until 7:30 or 8am! It was actually my husband’s idea, and after we tried it and it worked I felt like such a dummy for not thinking of it myself. LOL.
Hope it works for you guys too!
]]>Hi Eva, I was totally down with your sleep training and we did something similar with our baby boy (who’s now 7 months old). Question… did you ever have to deal with either of them waking up way to early? My boy goes down at 7(ish) and will sleep until 6:30 but as of late is getting up around the 5:30 mark. How did you get through that (if it happened to you as well?). Also on a side note- I dm’d you on insta last July when my son was 1 month old and you had very encouraging advice for what was a REALLY tough time for me so THANK YOU for that. You really have no idea how much it helped.
]]>Best wishes
]]>Yes! My lav mic that I normally use wasn’t working that day, but I have a new one on the way for next time! *thumbs up*
]]>The same thing happens to me with staying up too late! So funny that we both have that!
I loooove the greenhouse idea– I need to look in to that ASAP
xoxo
]]>Totally. More improvements coming with the next one!
]]>It’ll be coming at ya monthly! So glad you liked it! 🙂
]]>I really liked it. I think it outlines a great idea about getting your kids on a schedule that works for the family as a whole.
I know a lot of people who have used it exclusively to sleep train and their kids are happy and healthy!
