Jamie,
I’m so sorry for your loss and for all the pain that comes with it. It’s really one of the hardest things ever. At least I can tell you for a fact it was the hardest thing I’ve ever gone through in my life, for sure. Know that you’re not alone and that there IS hope after pregnancy loss!! Be gentle with yourself and believe in that. I wish you all the best!

Melissa,
I want to tell you how sorry I am about your loss. There are almost no words for how difficult a period of time it is after losing a baby, and it is one that not many people understand except for those who have been through it (unfortunately). Be gentle with yourself right now– grief is so unique and effects each person in its own way. It’s ok if it takes you two months to feel better, or two years. I think most people continue to think about the babies they lost forever.
I’m eight months from my own miscarriage and I still think about our child every day, and wonder what might have been. These feelings just get easier to manage, I think, over time.
Know that you are not alone, and that there is hope after miscarriage! I wish you the best

Heather, I’m so very sorry for your loss. It’s such a heartbreaking thing, and can definitely feel extremely isolating. I’m glad you had a great supportive friend who was there for you in that way. I personally feel that these cards really get to the root of the feelings we can have after miscarriage, and they made me feel extremely understood– which I was so grateful for at the time! I wish you all the best on your journey to Mamahood!
