I can’t tell you enough how incredibly delicious these are! I made three dozen yesterday for family and friends, and everyone raved about them…and continued to do so throughout the day! My friend’s nine-year-old, who swore she didn’t like apple cider donuts, took one bite, opened her mouth in surprise and delight, then sang, “Hallelujah”. And ate two more! Thank you so much for sharing your recipe, Eva. I have a strong feeling I need to stock up on apple cider!
